Property Listing Duration
Unless otherwise specified by the platform, property listings are configured to remain active for 30 days from the date of publication. Expired listings may be automatically deactivated or removed.
5. Agent and Landlord Subscriptions
Where a paid subscription is required for agents, landlords, or other listing providers, the applicable subscription period, pricing, features, and renewal requirements will be displayed by the platform.
